According to definition on human rights it demands recognition and represent for the inherent dignity and the value of every human being. Everyone has right to live in the society under the same law. Law is created by people for protect them. We hope to discuss about this main topic under these sub-topics.

Introduction
This is an article on universal declaration of human rights. We hope to discuss about six articles which mention in this paper. Here we want to add or discuss not only human rights but also comparative study with Buddhism and social situation on human rights. Human rights can be define that a right that is believed to belongs justifiably to every person. And also human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence sex.

Article 7th
The seventh article is about “all are equal before the law and are entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law.
According to Buddhism all cast are considered as same cast after they enter Sasana that called Ariya cast. The best example for that is
Ganga Yamuna aciravati sarabhu mahita maha samuddam pattoti jahanti purimani namagottani mahasamuddotwewa sankham gacchanti cattaro me vannna khattiyopi brahamanopi vessopi suddopi sakam dhammagarahamano agarasma anagariyam pabbajittava jahanti purimani
nama gottani samana sakya puttaveva sakham gacchanti samano bhavissamiti………….”
Buddhism talks about equality (samanattata).The low of Buddhism is especial for His son but also rest of all mahasangha.
But while we are looking at the social the human right or equality is not for all people. This is different between rich people and poor people. I and my group feel there are no equality in human rights in the world. America China Japan has different human rights and Sri Lanka has different human rights.

This article talks about Everyone’s rights on acts violating the fundamental rights granted him by the constitution or by low. When we consider this human rights with Buddhism also give rights to talk and solve any problems which occurs in Sasana. The best example is while monks saw some correspond they inform to Buddha. That is not consult for that monk but to protect Sasana.
Present society situation is not about that if someone talks about someone they are consider as insulating him. As same earlier our group decide that this human rights also cannot seen in the society.
Article 9th
This talks about “no one shall be arrest without any reason of crime. While we compare in the Buddhism. Buddhism also do not allow to consume wrong without and reason. Buddha invest the problem and then said that is wrong or right. The best example in Buddha’s life was the story of Cinchimanikawa,Sundari paribrjikawa.
According the present society most innocent people are getting arrested without any reason. I feel that the low is blind. Therefore they are arrested innocent people.
Article 10th
Everyone has rights to entitled to crime charge, full equal, fair and public hearing etc.
Buddhism also do not punish until he proven guilty. The person has own rights to say he is guilty of innocent.
The present situation in the society is money will talk if you have money then you have rights to talk to prove innocent otherwise even you are not guilty you will be prove the guilty.
Article 11th
This article talks about the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty. Buddhism also give time to prove that guilty. Best example the Buddha’s life stories. Buddha got problem during the time He was living at Arama. The villagers stop give the alms giving, and stop to go to temple because other religion’s people told that Buddha has killed Sundari paribrjikawa.Then Ananda told to Buddha my lord let we leave this place.
Buddha reply that Anada wait if we are not wrong then we should not be worry. If we go another place there also same incident happen then what shall we do therefore wait and face the problem.
Present situation is not like that even though you are innocent sometimes police will kill you. That because of power or money.
Article 12th
Not attack upon his honor and reputation. Buddhism do not wish to have any honor. Buddhism bevies that honor must come through people’s heart. We cannot get it by force. The Buddha is the best example for that. While Alawaka blame Buddha He stay silent. Buddha never got angry while someone blame Him. The honor and reputation is upcoming through action.
The society views on this rights is missing everyone is destroying another’s honor and reputation.
Conclusion
In a conclude, we would like to say that even though developed country talked about the human rights but that only for poor countries and developing country. They want to rule the other countries by showing these human rights. Until the human rights they can rule the poor countries. Thought they are showing the gold rules to us but we feel that those gold rules for only to defeat the poor country.
There are human rights in the poor countries to prove that they are violated the human rights during the WAR. But when the America is violating the human rights nobody is talking about them because they are most powerful country in the world. Therefore our group member decide that to follow the Buddhism as the best human rights than present human right which has introduced by rich countries.
